March Break Work Outs


Please try to maintain your conditioning over the break. Water season is just around the corner! You can alternate through these work outs, but try to do something everyday, and at least do each one once. Get out and do some other physical activities if you can. Stay safe, and don't forget to stretch! Have a good break everyone. See you March 18th.

Calisthenics

15 x Crunches x 4
15 x Back Raises x 4
15 x Push Ups x 4
30 x Mountain Climbers (15 each leg.) x 4
10 x Burpees x 4
1 Minute Wall Sit x 4
Stretching!

Cardio
Stretching!
45-60 minute run
Stretching!

Core
Stretching!
30 minute run
Stretching!
1 minute plank x 4
1 minute V Sit x 4
30 second side plank x 4
1 minute bridge holding and switching legs every 15 seconds x 4
30 second side plank (Other side.) x 4
